Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile-friendly ordering interfaces, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Dr.Biriyani Sivaji Kadai ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We are a restaurant offering biryani, party trays, and related items for takeaway and delivery from our operating branches in Tamil Nadu, India. Some items and slots are subject to a minimum order quantity (typically 10 plates for bulk / party orders) and to lead-time cutoffs shown at checkout.

You may check out as a guest or with a signed-in account. If you sign in with a mobile PIN, email/password, or Google, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

• Menu items, availability, and prices vary by branch and may change without prior notice.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes (GST) are charged as displayed at checkout and on your invoice.
• Delivery fees, packing charges, and any discounts are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Depending on the branch and order type, we may accept:

• Prepaid — full amount online at checkout.
• Advance + Balance — a percentage (as shown at checkout) online now, balance on delivery or at pickup.
• Cash on Delivery / Pay at Store — where offered and within any cash limit.

We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. Order confirmation is subject to successful payment authorization (for prepaid/advance modes).

Every order has a lead-time / cutoff shown at checkout (for example, "book at least 4 hours in advance"). Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Delivery is available within the service area for the selected branch. Distance and delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on slots, timing, and undeliverable orders.

• Our kitchens prepare a variety of items; cross-contact with dairy, nuts, seafood, and other allergens is possible.
• If you have a serious allergy or specific dietary need, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.
• Food is best consumed within the time indicated on the receipt / packaging. We are not responsible for quality degradation caused by delayed consumption after pickup or handover.

Loyalty points, tiers, coupons, and promotional offers are subject to per-campaign terms, redemption limits, expiry dates, and eligibility rules displayed at the time of offer. We may modify or discontinue any programme at our discretion, without affecting already-redeemed benefits.

All content on the Service (logos, names, menu descriptions, images, code, and design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or use the content commercially without our prior written consent.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, strikes, riots, government action, network failures, pandemic restrictions, or utility outages. Where such an event prevents fulfilment, we will offer a reschedule or refund as appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
